If your Toro Lawn Mower engine is losing power, consider the following:
* Reduce ground speed if the engine load is excessive.
* Clean the air cleaner element if it's dirty.
* Add oil to the crankcase if the oil level is low.
* Remove any obstructions from the cooling fins and air passages under the engine blower housing.
* Replace any pitted, fouled, or incorrectly gapped spark plugs with new, correctly gapped ones.
* Open the vent in the fuel cap if it's closed.
* Replace the fuel filter if it's dirty.
* If there's dirt, water, or stale fuel in the fuel system, contact an Authorized Service Dealer.

If the blades on your Toro Lawn Mower are not rotating, check the following:
* Install a new drive belt if the current one is worn, loose, or broken.
* Install the drive belt and check the adjusting shafts and belt guides for correct position if the drive belt is off the pulley.
* Install a new deck belt if the current one is worn, loose, or broken.
* Install the deck pulley and check the idler pulley, idler arm, and spring for correct position and function if the deck belt is off the pulley.

* For a traction belt that is worn, loose, or broken, contact an Authorized Service Dealer.
* For a traction belt that is off the pulley, contact an Authorized Service Dealer.
* Add hydro fluid to the reservoir if the hydro fluid level is low.
