grassdeectorthatdispersesclippingstothe
sideanddowntowardtheturf,whileinside
dischargemode.
InstallingtheRightBafeforMulching
1.Parkthemachineonalevelsurfaceanddisengage
thebladecontrolswitch.
2.Movethemotioncontrolleversoutwardtopark
position,stoptheengine,removethekey,andwait
forallmovingpartstostopbeforeleavingthe
operatingposition.
3.Removetherightmowerblade.RefertotheMower
Maintenancesection.
4.Slidetherightbafethroughthedischargeopening
andsecureitusing2knobsandcurvedwashers
(cuppedsidefacingthemower)asshownin
Figure20andFigure21.
Important:Ensurethatthetabonthefarright
sideoftherightbafeisoutsideofthemower
andisushwiththemowerwall.

FastThrottleSetting
Forbestmowingandmaximumaircirculation,operate
theengineattheFastposition.Airisrequiredto
thoroughlycutgrassclippings,sodonotsetthe
height-of-cutsolowastototallysurroundthemower
byuncutgrass.Alwaystrytohaveonesideofthe
mowerfreefromuncutgrass,whichallowsairtobe
drawnintothemower.
