Why won't my Toro Snow Blower engine start?

  Several factors can prevent your Toro Snow Blower's engine from starting. Ensure the key is in the 'On' position. Check that the choke is 'On' and the primer has been pressed 3 times. The fuel shutoff valve should be open, and the throttle should be in the 'Fast' position. Also, verify you're using fresh gasoline, the spark plug wire is connected, the spark plug isn't damaged, the fuel vent cap isn't restricted and the engine oil level is correct.
