      To address the issue of your Toro Snow Blower not starting or starting with difficulty, verify the key is correctly inserted and in the On position. Ensure the choke is On and the primer is pressed 3 times. Check that the fuel shutoff valve is open and the throttle is in the Fast position. Also, ensure the fuel tank has fresh gasoline, the spark plug wire is connected, and the spark plug is in good condition with the correct gap. Finally, verify the fuel vent cap isn't restricted and the engine oil level is correct.

Also, verify that the engine oil level in the crankcase is at the Full mark on the dipstick.

Reduce the amount of snow you're trying to clear per pass, and avoid overloading the machine with heavy, wet snow. Check for and clear any blockage in the discharge chute. Inspect the auger/impeller drive belt; make sure it is properly installed and adjusted.
