1.Connectthetubeassembly(PartNo.108-8447)
tothe90°ttingontheleftsideofthenewvalve
andthenewlyinstalled90°ttingontheexisting
liftvalve(Figure22).
2.ConnecttheT-ttingwiththe45°endof
hydraulichose(PartNo.108-8449)totheopen
sideoftheT-ttingontherightsideofthevalve
andthestraightendofthehosetothevacantoil
coolertting(Figure22).RefertoFigure23and
Figure24forhoserouting.
3.Mountthewirehoseholdertotheleftframetube
with2thread-formingscrews(5/16x3/4inch);
refertoFigure22.
4.Connecttheshort90°ttingendofhydraulic
hose(PartNo.108-8453)tothetopstraight
ttingontherearofthevalve.Routethehose
throughthewirehoseholderandconnectthe
straightendofthehosetothetophydraulic
cylindertting(Figure22).RefertoFigure23
andFigure24forhoserouting.
5.Connectthelong90°ttingendofthehydraulic
hose(PartNo.108-8454)tothebottomstraight
ttingontherearofthevalve.Routethehose
throughthewirehoseholderandconnectthe
straightendofthehosetothebottomhydraulic
cylindertting(Figure22).RefertoFigure23
andFigure24forhoserouting.
6.Connecthydraulichose(PartNo.144-1367)
ontothetopofthenewlyinstalledT-tting(Part
No.340-94)ontherightsideofthenewlift
valve.
Important:Ensurethatthehosesare
routedawayfromanysharp,hot,ormoving
components.
7.Tightenallfastenersandttings.
