Neveroperatethemachinewithoutacover
plate,amulchplate,grassdeector,orbagger
installed.
1.Makesurethat1endofthespringisinstalled
behindthedeckedgebeforeinstallingthebolt
asshowninFigure4.
2.Placetheotherendofthespringaroundgrass
deector(Figure4).
Important:Thegrassdeectormustbefree
torotatewithdownwardtension.Liftthe
deectoruptothefullopenpositionand
ensurethatitrotatesfreely,withoutbinding
intothefulldownposition.
