What to do if my Toro Z Master Professional 6000 starter does not crank?
- PpweeksAug 28, 2025
If the starter on your Toro Lawn Mower doesn't crank, there are several possible reasons. First, ensure that the blade-control switch (PTO) is disengaged and the parking brake is engaged. Also, make sure the motion-control levers are in the NEUTRAL-LOCK position and that you are seated. If these aren't the issue, check if the battery is dead and charge it if necessary. Inspect the electrical connections for corrosion or looseness, and replace the fuse if it's blown. If none of these steps work, the relay or switch may be worn or damaged, and you should contact an Authorized Service Dealer.
