 How to forward a received fax
A received fax can be forwarded to another facsimile as it is or as an Internet Fax job.
It is necessary to predetermine settings to enable this function. For details, see the reference below:

 How to register and change a sender’s name and fax number
A sender’s name and fax number can be registered and changed from the touch panel of the equipment by pressing
[User Functions -User-] and selecting the [Admin] tab > [Fax] > [Terminal ID].
 “0050” is displayed on the Send log of fax.
“0050” is an error code to indicate that the recipient’s line is busy. Reattempt the transmission later.
 How to prevent mistakes in sending fax jobs
To prevent mistakes, confirm that the correct recipient is specified before sending. For details, see the reference

Deleting the recipients
This also can be made by following the steps below. For details, contact your service representative.
 Disable the direct input of fax numbers and limit the destination setting to selections from the address book.
 Specify the destination twice and compare them. If they are the same, send the fax.
 How to send a fax job from a computer
A fax or internet fax job can be sent from a computer in which the N/W-Fax Driver is installed. It is not necessary to
print the original fax.
1. Select [Print] in the [File] menu of the application.
2. Select [TOSHIBA e-STUDIO Fax] and then click [Preferences] ([Properties]).
3. Specify the destination on the [Send] tab of the printer driver and then click [OK].
4. Click [Print] ([OK]) to start sending a fax or internet fax job.
 “Memory overflow” is displayed.
This is displayed when the memory has overflowed during the scanning of documents to the memory in the fax
function.
Press [FUNCTION CLEAR] on the control panel to clear this message. Then wait for the memory to be cleared or delete
some reserved jobs on the [Job Status] screen.
 “Communication error” is displayed.
This is displayed when a communication error has occurred during direct TX.
Reattempt the communication.
 “Job reservation full” is displayed.
This is displayed when the number of reserved jobs has exceeded the maximum.
Wait for job reservations to be completed or delete some reserved jobs on the [Job Status] screen.
