Basic Scanning Operation
The basic operation of the optional scanning function, how to store the scanned data in a shared folder and store these
data in a Windows computer is described as follows.
Press the [SCAN] button on the control
panel.

Press [FILE] on the touch panel.

Storing the scanned data in a shared folder
Set [FILE NAME],
FILE FORMAT,
etc. and then
press [OK].

Place the original(s).

Press [SCAN] on the touch panel.
Scanning starts.

Change the scan settings as required.
