2. Locate the folder where the CSV file or vCard file is stored,
and select the file type (CSV or vCard) in the “Files of type”
drop down box. Then select the file and click [Open].
3. The address book data is imported and “Import Address
Book” is added in the left pane.
• If you have already been import an address book before, contacts informa-
tion is added to the existing import address book.
SUPPLEMENT: If one or more records have been skipped during the import process, it may be due to
one of following reasons:
- Record already exists.
- Group name contains an invalid character.
- Fax number is invalid.
