Multi Station Print
You can set the multi station print function that is used on the collaborating MFPs.
By selecting [Use Common Settings], registration information of the collaborating MFPs set in a common setting can
be shared.
You need the Multi Station Print Enabler option to use the [Multi Station Print] function. Contact your service
technician for details.
Register MFPs on the [Common Settings] screen in advance to select the [Select from Common Settings] setting.

The [Multi Station Print] settings are linked to the settings on the [Administration] Tab > [Setup] > [Print Service] >
[Multi Station Print] screen. For details, see the TopAccess Guide.
Item name Description
1 [Save] button Saves the settings.
2 [Cancel] button Cancels the settings.
3 Enable Multi Station Print Specify whether to enable or disable the Multi Station Print service.
4 Document Expired Time Specify the retention period of the printed document.
5 Number of Display Job Specify the number of jobs to be displayed.
6 Sort Order Specify the display order.
7 Print Order Specify the print order.
When you select [Indication Order] from [Print Order], documents are printed
according to the [Sort Order] setting at the item 6.
8 Enable Printed Jobs Specify whether to enable or disable reprinting.
