Set [Block pop-ups] to [Off].

Select [Don't block cookies] for the [Cookies] setting.

Exit from Microsoft Edge and launch it again before accessing e-Filing.
Exit from Microsoft Edge after accessing the e-Filing web utility. To log off from the e-Filing web utility in the user
mode, click the Log-out link and then exit from Microsoft Edge.
