Why is my Toshiba Air Conditioner not cooling down?

Several factors may be the cause. Check if the air intake or discharge of the outdoor unit is clogged. Make sure that all doors and windows are closed. Clean or replace the air filter if it is clogged with dust. Also, verify that the air volume is not set to “LOW” and the operation mode is not set to “FAN”. Finally, check and adjust the setup temperature to an appropriate level.
