What to do if no water comes from the Toto Plumbing Product flush valve?

  If no water is coming from the flush valve, it could be due to several reasons. First, check if the main valve in the water supply line or the control stop is shut off and open them. Ensure the connector is properly connected. If the sensor glass is dirty, clean it. If there's a reflective surface in front of the sensor, remove it. Also, the small holes in the solenoid diaphragm might be clogged; clean them along with the filter. Finally, the hydropower generator could be clogged and require servicing.

  If the water does not stop flowing, it could be due to a few reasons. The small hole in the piston might be clogged, so try cleaning it. The sealing area of the piston or the solenoid diaphragm could be dirty; clean these areas and the filter. Also, inspect the piston U-packing for damage and replace it if necessary.
