What to do if no water comes from the Toto Control Unit flush valve?
    • H
      Hannah HallJul 27, 2025
If no water is coming from the flush valve, there could be several reasons. First, check if the main valve in the water supply line or the control stop is shut off and open it. Make sure all cables are correctly connected. Inspect the glass in front of the infrared sensor; if it's dirty, clean it. Also, ensure there isn't a reflective surface in front of the sensor. Finally, the small holes in the solenoid diaphragm may be clogged, clean the small hole in the diaphragm and filter; or the hydropower generator may be clogged, service the hydropower generator.

If the water doesn't stop flowing, it could be due to several reasons. Check if the small hole in the piston is clogged and clean it. Also, the sealing area of the piston or the solenoid diaphragm might be dirty, so clean those areas and the filter. Finally, inspect the piston u-packing for damage and replace it if necessary.

If the flow rate is too low, it might be because the water supply pressure is too low (below rated minimum pressure). Also, check if the control stop is not open enough and adjust it properly.

    • J
      Jay YangAug 22, 2025
