How do you obtain warranty service?

brewers are high-quality appliances and, with proper care, are intended to provide years of satisfying performance. However, should the need arise
for warranty servicing, simply call Touch’s Customer Service number provided on back of this manual. Please do not return your brewer for servicing without
first speaking to Touch Customer Service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Touch brewers returned without an RMA number will
be returned to the sender without servicing.
Touch is committed to your satisfaction. If you have questions, just give us a call to have them answered quickly without leaving the comfort of your home.
