INSTALLATION OF THERMOSTAT

1.
PLACE THERMOSTAT IN WATER OUTLET HOUSING
(a)
Install a new gasket to the thermostat.
(b)
Install the thermostat with the jiggle valve upward.
2.
INSTALL WATER OUTLET TO WATER OUTLET
HOUSING
Install the water outlet with the three bolts.
Torque:
195kg-cm(14ft-lb,19N.m)
3.
FILL WITH ENGINE COOLANT

4.
START ENGINE AND CHECK FOR LEAKS
