COLD STORAGE SPECIFICATION TRUCKS
Cold storage trucks have been developed for operation in low temperature cold
storage warehouses.

The 20s is rust-proofed and capable of continuous operation in temperatures as
low as -20°C
(-4°F)
Precautions for operation of refrigerator specification trucks:
1.
Do not park your truck in the refrigerator.
2. Observe the specified temperature and time.
3.
After working the specified time inside the refrigerator, allow the truck to stand in
a warm area for at least
30
minutes.
4.
Since battery capacity is reduced under low temperature, give frequent boosting
charges during rest periods.
5.
Always charge the battery outside the refrigerator.
6.
Refrigerator specification trucks have been manufactured specifically for
operation inside refr~gerators so that they should not be used for regular service
outside the refrigerator.
7.
Make sure you always perform the before-operation and after-operation
inspections.

UL TYPE EE SPECIFICATION TRUCKS
These trucks are classified by Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. They can operate in
areas where
E
type construction cannot be used as described by
NFPA
and OSHA.

units have additional safeguards, including enclosed motors as
prescribed by UL.
