10. IF NECESSARY, REPLACE
OIL SEAL
(a)
Using
a
screwdriver,
push
out
the
oil seal.
NOTICE: Be
careful
not
to damage to the
pump
body.
(b)
Apply
MP
grease
to the
lip
of a new
oil seal.
(c)
Using a socket wrench,
drive in the
oil seal until its
surface
is
flush with
the
pump
housing.

INSTALL REGULATOR
VALVE
Using SST, install
and torque the regulator valve.

INSTALL FEED
PUMP
(a)
lnstall
the liner, rotor
and four blades.
(b)
Check
that the
liner
and
blades are
facing in
the
correct
direction, as
shown.
(c)
Check that the blades move
smoothly.
(d)
lnstall
the
pump
cover with
the two screws and check
that the
rotor
moves
smoothly.
HINT:
Check
that the
fuel
outlet hole
of
the
cover
is
aligned with
the
liner.
