6. Access your voicemail at home or remotely
• To access your voicemail at home, there are two methods:
Method 1: Pick up the analog phone and dial *20 to listen to your voice messages.
Method 2: Launch your Deco app, go to
MORE > Advanced > Telephony > Voicemail and tap listen to your voice messages.
• To access your voicemail remotely, dial your telephone number for incoming calls, press and hold the * button when you hear the greeting, and then
follow the voice prompt to enter the
Remote Access PIN to listen to the voice messages.
