Tap Do Not Disturb and enable it. Then set the day(s) and time when Do Not Disturb is enabled.

When you don‘t want calls to be received or dialed, you can enable Do Not Disturb, then all incoming calls will be blocked within the defined timeframe.
In this case, the caller will hear a "ringback tone" signal, and the calls will be listed in the call log.
