NOTE: Layout brackets with crossbar, prior to
drilling, to confi rm fi t.

• Loosely assemble rack corners to swivel
brackets.

• Loosely assemble crossbars to
rack corners.
➂
• Place corners with crossbars onto
truck cap.
• Align and position
• Mark holes.
• Drill holes in cap for 5/16” bolts.

Assemble swivel brackets, gasket, and backing plate to the truck cap.

Tighten All Fasteners

Tighten all fasteners securing crossbars, swivel brackets, and corner brackets.

Install Crossbar Tiedowns

Install crossbar tiedowns and associated knobs.
