Turn the temperature dial to HIGH. Once pellets begin to
fall into the firepot, the auger is primed. Turn the dial to
SHUT DOWN CYCLE to reset the ignition process.
NOTE: During the initial charging of the auger, it will
take time for the pellets to move from the pellet hopper
to the firepot.

With the Main Power switch in the ON (I) position,
turn the temperature dial to HIGH. In about two minutes
the pellets will ignite and whitish-gray smoke will come
out of the grill.

Before using your grill for the first time, it will need to be
seasoned. Turn the temperature dial to HIGH and let run
for 45 minutes with the door closed. Afer 45 minutes
your grill will be seasoned. Turn the dial to SHUT DOWN
CYCLE and allow the grill to run through its complete shut
down cycle. Your grill is now ready to cook.

NOTE: Always run your grill through the full shut down
cycle afer each cooking task. To initiate this cycle, turn
the temperature dial to SHUT DOWN CYCLE.
