Troubleshooting
Problem Probable cause Solution
Bushing of
themachine
1. Excess feeding. Due to this fact, the
motor does not manage to maintain
the rotation required and the product
accumulates inside the machine
(continuing with the use may burn out
the motor by overload).
1. Disconnect the equipment and wait
for the motor to stop. Open the feeding
funnel and clean the product excess
inside the machine, close the feeding
funnel, activate the motor, wait for it
to attain the maximum rotation and
restart the work, controlling the power
supply of the machine, so as not to
demand more than the motor capacity
can handle.
Low production
1. Insufcient feeding of the machine. 1. Control the feeding so that it is
continuous, but not in excess so as not
to cause bushing.
Irregular cut of the
product
1. Lack of cutting edge on blades. 1. Sharpen the knives as indicated in item
Cutting blades maintenance (page 28).
Difculty in starting
the motor
1. Voltage drop in the electrical network.
2. Engine without gasoline or with poor
quality.
3. Engine is not flooded.
1. Check the conditions of the electrical
network (electrician).
2. Make sure it contains gasoline and ll
if necessary.
3. Operate the manual choke before
starting the gasoline engine.
