powering
on
Not
charging
Solution
Make
sure
the
speaker
is
fully
charged.
Charge
for
2
hours,
if
necessary.
Press
and
hold
the
POWER
button
for
2
seconds.
Press
the
HARD
RESET
button
on
the
back
of
the
speaker
(under
the
rubber
cover).
Clean
the
charging
port
using
a
soft
brush.
Try
charging
the
case
with
another
Type-C
cable,
power
source,
adaptor
(if
available).
Press
the
HARD
RESET
button
on
the
back
of
the
speaker
(under
the
rubber
cover).
