3 PRODUCT OVERVIEW
3.1 INTRODUCING THE OVEN
The oven large capacity offers the option of cooking on multi shelves at the same
time and cooking large meals which would not be possible in a traditional oven.
The first time you use your appliance, heat the empty oven with its door closed
at the temperature 180C for a half an hour. Make sure that the room is ventilated
before switching the oven off and opening the oven door. The appliance may
remit a slightly unpleasant odour caused by protective substances burning
away.
Never put objects directly on the bottom of the oven or cover it with aluminium
foil as this will prevent the enamel coating from being damaged. Place
cookware on the oven racks.
