RS232 Sonar with RS232 Altimeter

The SeaKing head will normally use pin 5 for RS232 ground and the
altimeter uses pin 4 for this function. For an RS232 altimeter to be used
with a standard double ended Tritech cable the analogue output on the
altimeter should be disabled and pins 4 and 5 on the SeaKing COM PCB
must be shorted together.
