  If the pressure relief device (PRD) has operated on your Triton Plumbing Product, causing water to be ejected from the PRD tube, it could be due to a few reasons. Check if the showerhead is blocked and clean or replace the blocked sprayplate, then fit a new PRD. Also, inspect the flexible shower hose for any twists or blockages, ensure free passage through the hose, replace it if necessary, and fit a new PRD. If the showerhead was not removed during commissioning, fit a new PRD and commission the unit with the showerhead removed. Finally, if the water pressure is above the specified maximum for the unit, fit a pressure reducing valve to the inlet and then fit a new PRD.
