How to fix a Triton T70gsi Plus when the shower is inoperable and there is no water flow?
    • D
      Donna EllisonJul 27, 2025
If your Triton Plumbing Product shower is inoperable with no water flow, check for a blown fuse or circuit breaker and renew or reset it. If it fails again, consult a qualified electrician. Also, check other appliances to see if there is a power cut and contact your local Electricity Supply Co if necessary. If these steps don't resolve the issue, have the unit checked by Customer Service.

If the water from your Triton Plumbing Product shower is too hot, increase the flow rate via the temperature control. Clean or replace a blocked sprayplate in the showerhead. Ensure stop valves are fully open and check for blockages in the inlet filter. Readjust the flow rate to give increased flow if there is an increase in ambient water temperature. You can also select the ‘ECONOMY’ power setting.

Why is the water too cool or cold in my Triton T70gsi Plus Plumbing Product shower?
    • B
      brandon95Aug 8, 2025
If the water from your Triton Plumbing Product shower is too cool or cold, reduce the flow rate via the temperature control. Check if the water pressure is below the minimum required (see rating label). Determine whether the water supply is mains or tank fed. If tank fed, replumb to the mains water supply. If mains fed, make sure that the mains stop valve is fully open and that there are no other restrictions in the supply while the shower is in use. Fit a pump to give the minimum pressure (see rating label). Readjust the flow rate to give reduced flow if there is a reduction in ambient water temperature. Select ‘HIGH’ power.
