3. Remove the drive shaft cover.

4. Remove the rear bevel box (see Rear Bevel Box - Removal).
5. Detach the drive shaft from the torsional damper and remove it from the swinging
arm.
Final Drive Shaft – Installation
Make sure the motorcycle is stabilised and adequately supported.
A correctly supported motorcycle will help prevent it from falling.
An unstable motorcycle may fall, causing injury to the operator or damage to the
motorcycle.
