Trouble shooting
Problem Solution
No Sound
- Check the LED light. LED light needs to be constant on.
- Make the wireless audio set your default audio device. See step ‘6’
or ‘8’.
- Connect the USB extension cradle to another USB port (preferred
on the backside of the PC).
- Your Wireless audio set is to far from the PC (maximum distance
15m under ideal circumstances).
- If you are using the product around large metal surfaces, remove
the metal surface or move your product away from the metal
surface.
- Wall and Floor drastically reduce the range of the product. Move the
wireless audio set closer to your PC.
Sound volume is low - Use a speakerset that is connected to the mains power.
Sound is distorted
- Move the extension cradle away from other wireless devices (like
Wireless network routers, mouse and keyboard).
- Your Wireless audio set is to far from the PC (maximum distance
15m under ideal circumstances).
