3) Align the screw holes position of the chain wheel and its cover, then turn to the other side and
tighten the M4 self-tapping screws at each hole position with cross screwdriver.
4) Insert the motor shaft into the bottom bracket of your bike and confirm the motor flange didn’t
touch the bike frame. If the motor flange touches the bike frame, 1-3pcs of washers will be needed
to ensure necessary space between the motor flange and the bike frame.
5) Use the "fixing plate washers" and "fixing plate screws" to fix the "fixing plate" at the bottom
bracket, and tighten them with the hexagonal wrench. Meanwhile, do not fully tighten the screws
but leave some gap.
6) Put the "locking nut" onto the bottom bracket and drag the motor towards the front wheel with
your hand. Then tightening the locking nut with locking wrench (locking torque 40-60N. m).
1-3pcs of washers may be needed to ensure necessary space between the motor flange and the bike frame
