Getting Started
The AeroTrak Remote Particle Counters with 4-20 mA analog outputs are
designed for easy installation and wiring. Before installing and wiring up
the particle counter, each unit needs to be configured using a simple web
browser and computer. In this section we will describe the features,
connections, and installation of the AeroTrak
®
Remote Airborne Particle
Counter (particle counter).
Access i n g Ele c trical Co n n e c tions
Remove the Vacuum Outlet from the bottom of the AeroTrak and find the
small screw next to the connector and unscrew using a number one
Phillips screw driver. Once the screw is removed the outer housing can
be hinged open for easy access to the DIP switches, Ethernet jack and
the power plug to enable unit configuration.
