Inspecting the Box(es)
Queen, King, and California King sizes are delivered in two boxes. The
Split King size comes in four boxes. The boxes contain all parts and
tools necessary to fully assemble and operate the system. Upon
opening the packaging, use this checklist to ensure all the parts are
present and in perfect condition. If any part is damaged or missing,
contact Tuft & Needle. You can find the relevant contact details at the
beginning of the Owner’s Manual. Ensure that the boxes are stored
in a flat position in a dry place at room temperature.
