Spray a little lithium grease on the threaded end of the main spindle and inside the outer

wire sleeve.

Step 16

Now press the outer wire sleeve toward the door and, while holding it depressed, turn the

cogwheel that protrudes from the bottom of the top cabinet assembly clockwise. Then,

without letting go of the cogwheel, release the pressure of the outer wire sleeve and then

let go of the cogwheel. Now the outer wire sleeve should stay retracted, allowing you access

to the threaded part of the main spindle.
