Why is my Twin-Star International Indoor Fireplace heater not blowing warm air?

If your heater isn't blowing warm air, it might be due to the cool-down cycle, which is normal operation. The heater will continue to run for several minutes before shutting down, blowing cool air during this time. Alternatively, the thermostat setting might be preventing the heater from turning on. Adjust the temperature settings to ensure they are higher than the current room temperature.
