  If the flame effect of your Twin-Star International Indoor Fireplace works, but the heater function doesn't, and the ember bed flashes when you press the heater button, the heater might be disabled. To re-enable it, press and hold the POWER button on the control panel for 10 seconds while the power is on. The ember bed lights will flash multiple times once it's re-enabled.
