If the Twin-Star International Indoor Fireplace displays “ ”: * Check if the thermostat sensor is broken or disconnected. Unplug the fireplace, remove the back panel and ensure the thermostat is plugged into the main circuit board. If that doesn't work, contact customer service for a replacement. * Also, the manual reset overheat protection might have triggered. Inspect the heater to ensure air inlets and outlets are not blocked. Unplug it for 30 minutes to cool down, then replug and monitor. If overheating continues, stop using the heater and contact customer service.
