B 1.1QUIESCENT STATE
In quiescent, normal, operation, the text overlay displays basic identity, location and status
information. The default layout of the overlay is shown below.
Fig. B-1 shows the positions of data fields on the quiescent state text overlay.
The top of the overlay gives the basic identity and location information, with option flags down the
left hand edge. The displayed fields can be turned on/off in the PC configuration tool.
Overlay Field Description
‘FlameVision’
Name of detector range, permanently displayed.
LOCATION
AND IDENTITY
A user defined location and identity message up to 24 characters.
Set by the configuration tool.
