What to do if the U-Line H-10646 Lifting Systems platform will not raise?
    • L
      Lindsay OliverAug 8, 2025
If the U-Line Lifting Systems platform will not raise, even with the pump running, there are a few potential causes. First, the hydraulic fluid reservoir may be empty and need to be filled. Second, the load might be too heavy, causing the relief valve to operate, in which case you should reduce the load. Finally, the lowering valve might be held open; inspect the lower control for any malfunctions and consider cleaning or replacing the lowering solenoid.

      Christina FloresAug 12, 2025
If the U-Line Lifting Systems platform will not lower, first check for any obstructions on the platform or scissor lift and remove them or reposition the lift. If there are no obstructions, the lowering valve may not be opening. Try cleaning or replacing the lowering solenoid. Another possibility is an obstruction in the flow limiting valve, which would require flushing the flow limiting valves.

      Barry DayAug 16, 2025
If your U-Line Lifting Systems platform lowers too slowly, it could be due to the lowering valve not opening completely. Try cleaning or replacing the lowering solenoid. Another possible cause is an obstruction in the flow limiting valve(s). In this case, flush the flow limiting valve(s).

Why will my U-Line H-10646 Lifting Systems platform not remain elevated?
    • M
      Monica SantosAug 20, 2025
If the U-Line Lifting Systems platform won't stay elevated, the lower valve might be held open. Check the lower control for any malfunctions and clean or replace the lowering solenoid. Alternatively, the pump check valve may not be seated properly. Try cleaning, repairing, or replacing the valve and flush the outlet check.
