This is an air defrost cycle, so the fans will run at high speed. Once the Manual
Defrost is complete by either time or temperature, the screen will return
automatically to the Home screen or it can be terminated at any time by
pressing the red stop button.
4.5. Heated Probe
The Heated Probe function is available upon request and it must be installed
and activated at the factory. This allows the end user to activate it by pushing
the Heated Probe tab. Once pushed the food probe will heat slightly, for one
minute, to allow it to be removed from frozen product without damaging the
probe. After it times out, push the red stop button to return to the Option
screen or push the Home icon to return to the Home screen.
