What to do if U-Line Chiller shows a probe alarm?

If your U-Line Chiller displays a probe alarm, the issue might stem from the sensor wires or the sensor itself. Start by disconnecting the indicated probe and checking the resistance between the two wires. Probe alarms Er0, Er1, and Er3 often indicate an open circuit in the wires, suggesting the probe needs replacement. If the reading is 0 or less, it means the probe is shorted to the chassis and must be replaced. Also, the probe may be out of range, in this case you should replace it.
