4.6.8. How to set the time and date
Time and Date settings are important to track the HACCP data correctly. Push
the Date/Time tab to show the Time setting screen.
To set the proper date, firstly set the day, then the month and finally the year.
Use the up and down arrows to reach the proper date and time.
