PRODUCT GUARANTEE
Read and follow the instruction manual and warning labels for the Unger CleanXpress and
any all-purpose, multi-surface or window cleaners before use. Do not use cleaning
solutions containing bleach or those that are cream, gel or abrasive products.
Product Guarantee
We design and test Unger products to ensure they meet our high quality standards. We
support this with Unger’s 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. We will replace your
Unger CleanXpress if it does not meet our high quality standards for material, construction,
or workmanship. The guarantee does not cover cleaning pads, cleaning solutions or
batteries.
The manufacturer is not liable and the guarantee does not cover the following:
• Operating and installation errors
• Damage caused by use in a commercial/industrial enterprise
• Failure to follow Unger’s use, safety and maintenance instructions
• Opening/disassembly of housing other than by Unger (except battery change as
described in section 3.1)
• Replacing parts or components not recommended by Unger
• Altering or modifying the product in any way
If you believe that your Unger CleanXpress does not meet Unger’s 100% Customer
Satisfaction Guarantee, please contact us at 1-800-833-6100. Unger may, at its discretion,
require return of the product for examination and testing. If a replacement product is no
longer available, Unger will replace your product with one of equal or greater retail value at
its sole discretion.
