4.5 - VISUAL INSPECTION OF THE FLAME
4.6 - PROPER REASSEMBLY AND
RESEALING OF THE VENT-AIR
INTAKE SYSTEM
(2 and 4 year maintenance)
The burner must flame evenly over the entire surface when
operating correctly. The flame must burn with a clear, ORAN-
GE, stable flame.
Check the flame through the inspection glass
The flame pattern should be as shown in the figures below.
SATISFACTORY
ORANGE FLAME
FLAME:
YELLOW = CO2 HIGH NOT SATISFACTORY
BLUE = CO2 LOW NOT SATISFACTORY
ORANGE = OK SATISFACTORY
After removing, inspected and possibly cleaned, Flue pipes
and air intake, replace the tubes correctly.
Attention to the sense of double lip seals.
