10-3. 노루발 높이 조정법 / Adjusting the presser foot height
☞ 노루발 올림레바②
를 올렸을때 노루발①의 표준높이는 6㎜입니다.
1. 너트③을 풀고 압조절 나사④를 풉니다. 그리고 노루발을 무압
상태로 조절합니다.
※ 압조절 나사④의 길이를 49㎜ 초과하여 풀지 마십시오. 압조절
나사④의 길이가 이 수치를 초과하게 되면 압력판⑥이 스프링
가이드와 분리되게 됩니다.
2. 노루발 올림레바②를 올리십시오. 노루발 또한 올라 갑니다.
3. 오일캡⑤를 제거 하십시오.
4. 압봉 나사⑦을 풀고 압봉을 위 아래로 움직여 표준높이 6㎜로
조절하십시오.
5. 압봉 나사⑦을 고정시키십시오.
6. 오일 캡을 고정 시키십시오.
7. 압조절 나사④를 이용하여 압을 조절하시고 너트③로 고정하십시오.
※ 표준 높이 조절 후 바늘을 아래위로 움직여 노루발의 바늘의 홈
중앙에 위치하는지 확인 하십시오.
☞ The standard height of the presser foot① is 6㎜ when the
presser foot① Is raised by means of the presser bar lifter②.
1. Loosen the nut③ of the adjustment screw④, and then turn the
adjustment screw④ so that there is no pressure applied to the
presser foot.
※ Do not loosen the adjustment screw④ so much that length
exceeds 49㎜. If the adjustment screw④ is loosened more than
this, the presser bar⑥ will become separated from the presser
foot spring guide.
2. Raise the presser bar lifter lev er②. The presser foot① will also rise.
3. Remove the oil cap⑤.
4. Loosen the bolt⑦ and then move the presser bar⑥ up or down
until the presser foot is at the standard height of 6㎜.
5. Tighten the bolt⑦.
6. Replace th oil cap⑤.
7. Adjust the presser foot pressure using the adjustment screw④, and
then tighten the nut③.
※ After adjusting, check that the needle moves down into the center
of the groove in the presser foot.
