Why is there a sudden drop in gas flow in my Uniflame GLT1332SP Outdoor Fireplace?
    • J
      jonestimothyJul 29, 2025
A sudden drop in gas flow or reduced flame height in your Uniflame Outdoor Fireplace can happen if you're out of gas; in that case, replace the LP gas tank. It can also happen if the excess flow valve tripped, which means a safety device may have been activated. To solve this: 1. Turn the control knob to “OFF.” 2. Wait 30 seconds, then try to light the grill. 3. If the flames are still too low, reset the excessive flow safety device: a. Turn the control knob “OFF.” b. Remove the LP gas tank. c. Wait 1 minute. d. Attach the LP gas tank. e. Perform a leak check. f. Light the grill.

    • F
      fernandofranklinAug 5, 2025
If the flame blows out on your Uniflame Outdoor Fireplace, it could be due to high or gusting winds; avoid using the grill in such conditions. Alternatively, you might be low on LP gas, so try replacing the LP gas tank. Finally, the excess flow valve might have tripped, so refer to the instructions for a sudden drop in gas flow or reduced flame height.

Why does the flame lose heat in cold weather on my Uniflame GLT1332SP Outdoor Fireplace?
    • D
      Donald GloverAug 21, 2025
If your Uniflame Outdoor Fireplace flame seems to lose heat in cold weather (below 50ºF), ice may have built up on the outside of the LP gas tank because the vaporization process is too slow. To resolve this: 1. Turn the control knob to “OFF”. 2. Remove the LP gas tank. 3. Attach the LP gas tank. 4. Perform a leak check. 5. Light the grill.
