      There are several reasons why the ingredients might not be properly mixed or the bread not properly baked. It could be due to selecting an incorrect program, in which case you should check the selected menu and set another program. Touching the START/STOP key during operation or experiencing a prolonged power failure can also cause this; if either occurs, discard the ingredients and start anew. Opening the lid several times during operation can also affect the baking process; the lid should only be opened when the display reads more than 1:30, and ensure it's properly closed afterward. Finally, check if the kneader rotation is blocked by grains. Remove the tin and check whether the catch rotates. If not, send the breadmaker for repair.

To resolve this, switch off the machine, disconnect it from the mains, and wait until it has cooled down. Then, thoroughly clean the baking chamber and tin.

      If the bread cannot be easily removed from the tin, the loaf is likely sticking to the kneading knife. Before baking the next bread, clean the kneading knife and shaft after use. If necessary, fill the tin with warm water and soak for 30 minutes to loosen the bread. The kneading knife can then be easily removed.
