16. Before requesting A/S services
State Action
The clock of the black box is not
correct.
Without a GPS, you can set the clock in [Settings] – [System] – [Clock setting] menu.
The power is not turned on.
Make sure it is connected to a constant power supply source.
(Black: GND/ Red: B+/ Yellow: ACC power)
Screen saver does not work. You can set to use the screen saver in [Settings] – [Screen setting] menu.
GPS signal is not received. Check the connection between the black box and GPS terminal.
Voice information cannot be heard. You can change the volume level in [Settings] – [Voice setting] menu.
Voice is not recorded. You can set to use the voice recording in [Settings] – [Voice setting] menu.
Micro SD card 64 GB cannot be
formatted with the PC Viewer.
1)To format a micro SD card 64 GB in exFAT format with Windows XP, you need to install
a patch.
2) File: WindowsXP-KB955704-x86-KOR.exe
3) You can download it from Urive home page.
4) Close all Windows Explorer windows when formatting it with the PC viewer.
