PROBLEM SOLUTION
Push Power Button and
steamer does not turn ON
(No Lights)
Check electrical panel for tripped breaker:
Ø
The steam cleaner should be the only appliance plugged into an outlet.
Ø Use only a 12 gauge / 15AMP extension cord with maximum length of 25ft.
No response from the
trigger button on the
hose handle
Check hose connection:
ØDisconnect and reconnect.
ØYou should hear a “click” when connecting hose to the steamer.
Power but no steam
Check hose connection.
Is the Release valve
closed? (some steamers
do NOT have release
valves)
Is the pressure dial
reading less than 3?
The steamer is vapor locked and needs to be drained.
Vapor lock: Air is trapped in the water pump:
Turn OFF let the steamer cool for at least;10 minutes.
Remove drain plug (by hand) located on bottom of the steamer.
Drain water and replace drain plug.
Close steam release valve.
Refill reservoir tank and restart.
Push Power Button
and the steamer does
not turn ON
(After checking circuit breaker)

Possible
problems: Damaged circuit board and /or low water
sensor.
How to diagnose:
Unplug the steamer from the electrical outlet.
Remove top cover and look for damage on either component.
Circuit Board is green and mounted to the frame.
Ø If damaged, there will be corrosion on the bottom.
Low Water Sensor is located on the side of the fill tank.
Ø If damaged, there will be corrosion on the edges.
How to repair or replace:
Call US Steam (817) 297-7745 and open a repair ticket or email to
cs@ussteam.net
Order components and replace.

Steamer Powers ON
but does NOT Build
Pressure
Steamer should be heated and
ready to use after
10 minutes

Problem: Thermostat
needs to be reset or replaced.
How to Reset the Thermostat:
Take off cover and locate the reset button
on the thermostat.
Thermostat is located on the left side of the
steamer next to the boiler where the power cord
enters the steamer.
Push the reset button and steamer should
begin to heat.
If the steamer does NOT heat:
Call US Steam (817) 297-7745 and open a repair ticket to cs@ussteam.net
Order component and replace.
